Who we are
InfiniPrint Solutions LLC operates Rude Rendering at ruderendering.com from Centennial, Colorado. Contact alan@infiniprintsolutions.com about this policy or your personal information.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, shipping and billing information, account details, order information, artwork, projects, proofs, and support messages you provide. Our hosting and payment services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, device information, and request logs to operate the store and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to manage accounts and saved projects, process payments, print and ship orders, provide order updates and support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Uploaded artwork is used to provide your requested design and printing services. We do not use your uploaded artwork in public marketing without your permission.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments; payment-card details are entered into Stripe's payment interface rather than stored by our store. We share information necessary to operate and fulfill orders with hosting, database and file-storage providers, Resend for transactional email, and shipping carriers. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud and abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, access preferences, your cart, and saved design projects. You can clear or restrict them in your browser, but this may sign you out or remove local drafts and cart items. External links, including Pinterest and Stripe, have their own privacy policies.
Marketing
Purchasing does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If we introduce optional marketing tracking or change these practices, we will update this policy and provide applicable choices before using it.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to public shopping pages, including page views, referring websites, and general device and location information. This service does not use third-party tracking cookies. We exclude private account, admin, artwork, and order-status pages and remove URL query parameters before recording page views. Analytics helps us improve the store and understand promotional traffic.
Optional Pinterest measurement
Only if you choose Allow, we use the Pinterest tag to measure public page visits, ready-made cart additions and confirmed checkout activity. Pinterest receives browser and cookie identifiers, technical information such as IP address, and event values including quantity, USD purchase totals and general page category. We do not provide names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details, artwork, private order links or account information to the tag. Measurement runs in a separate page so private order URLs and lookup tokens are not sent. Use Disable Pinterest measurement at the bottom of public store pages to stop future events; this does not erase data Pinterest already received. Pinterest handles collected data under its privacy policy at https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy. Declining does not affect your purchase.
Retention and security
We retain information for account and order services and as needed for tax records, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use access controls and protected connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You can request deletion of saved artwork or account information; some transaction records may need to be retained.
Your choices and requests
Email alan@infiniprintsolutions.com to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity before responding and will explain any information we must retain. If applicable privacy law gives you additional rights or an appeal, contact us through the same address to exercise them. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or government IDs by email.
Children and policy updates
The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will publish policy changes here with an updated date.
