The seller
These terms apply to purchases from Rude Rendering, operated by InfiniPrint Solutions LLC in Centennial, Colorado. Contact alan@infiniprintsolutions.com for questions or order support.
Orders and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Review your items, quantities, shipping address, and final payment total before purchasing. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before payment. If a listing or pricing error prevents us from fulfilling an order as placed, we will contact you; we will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.
Custom artwork and proofs
Only submit artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. You retain your rights in your artwork and grant us permission to store, prepare, and print it to fulfill your order. Review spelling, size, placement, and layout before approving a proof. Digital displays and proofs can differ from printed colors. We may decline artwork we cannot lawfully reproduce and refund any unfulfilled paid order.
Production and delivery
Printing begins after payment and any required artwork approval. Printing and packing normally take 3–5 business days, followed by carrier transit. The Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates and how we handle delays. Contact us promptly about changes; custom orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once printing has begun.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds policy provides 30-day returns for unused ready-made stickers and remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders. Custom orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Accounts and communications
Provide accurate contact and shipping information and protect your account credentials. We send transactional emails for order and account services. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your information.
Updates
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Contact us first about a dispute so we can work toward a resolution.
