Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Rude Rendering is operated by InfiniPrint Solutions LLC in Centennial, Colorado. We do not currently offer international shipping or customer pickup.
Printing and dispatch
Allow 3–5 business days for printing and packing after payment and any required custom artwork approval. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain consent to delays when required.
Rates and delivery
Standard shipping is $5.99, or free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $35 or more. Taxes do not count toward the free-shipping threshold. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes another 2–5 business days after mailing. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking is available on your order status page once your order is marked shipped. Check your shipping address before paying and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send a return without contacting us first.
